Keys for fork lock

Can someone tell me how to contact the person who has key codes and can make a key for the fork lock on my 51 Panhead? I don't see it in the latest AMCA magazine. Thanks Victor

I've used a place called Zach's several times. Last time was earlier this year. He used to advertise in the back of our magazine. This is his info copied from an old magazine.
