Let’s not forget DC.

I was on Capitol Hill that morning and watched the Pentagon burn as the 8th street Marine barracks cleared out.

it was a surreal scene very different from NYC, with fully armed light hummers on every corner on the Hill and nobody having a clear idea of what was happening.

I also lived on the Hill. . .so like those in lower manhattan, my actual town/neighborhood was being attacked, not a place on tv.
