I also sent an email to the above link yesterday about my missing ID/membership card, hope that the 3rd try will be the charm....2 previous emails sent-but now I'm not sure where/what email I sent them to.

I paid dues and ordered a calendar on December 6th, calendar arrived in December but still no ID card or acknowledgement that payment was received.

I renewed my membership for a 3 year period using the website provided for renewal and got my new card in 2-3 weeks. That was sometime in Feb 2021. Maybe try and call them?

Mine finally arrived in my mailbox (Vancouver, B.C. Canada) yesterday afternoon in a clear plastic wrap instead of a paper envelope - for the first time that I can recall.
Hope yours is "in the mail" too.
