A friend of a friend in Connecticut has a 1959 Silver Pigeon Scooter that she wants restored. Can anyone recommend someone on the east coast that could help her out. I have never heard of a Silver Pigeon but am just trying to help out a friend. Thanks!!

I restored a 59 Silver Pigeon 2 years ago, which I won AACA senior awards with. They are a really neat scooter, when all finished! I would be willing to do another. Parts are pretty hard to come by, but I found some sources. I am located in Central PA. -

If it's any help I've got a "Riders Instruction Manual" for a Model C-76 Silver Pigeon that I'm quite willing to photocopy for you.
It was printed on the 1st April 1960 and contains a wiring diagram and all the general clearances and settings needed to maintain the scooter.
