Several called from here concerning accommodations for the Texas Run. Hotel stated they were booked. Anyone know the backup motels/nothing on AMCA site.

Hi, We had 60 rooms blocked out and 58 rooms booked. But that's not were the problem was. Someone tried to book a room for Saturday the 6th. We only blocked 10 rooms off for early arrivals and they had already been booked. So today we added 10 more rooms for Saturday the 6th. and 25 more rooms for the 7th. thru the 10th. The Inn of the Hills has plenty of rooms. They will add to our block as needed up to 140 rooms. If we need more room, we will use the YO Ranch & Resort as an overflow. They are partners with our host hotel and will honor the same rates. The YO and Inn of the Hills are only 2 miles apart.
