With either a 3 or 5 HP Motor, and the weight involved, i'd say this sled ain't breaking any ice speed records.

I live three blocks away from Lake Ronkonkoma on Long Island. Not every year, but often enough she freezes up solid and the ice sail boats are all over it. It would be a blast to pull that rig on the ice and have at it!!!!!
