Interesting video. If you look closely at the cars in the background, most of the motorcycles would be considered “new” at that time. Nice array of Panheads.

Pictured billboard says June 3rd, in Ionia. June third was a Sunday in 1956. I don't see anything newer than that on the street in the video. Real cool! Thanks for posting.

Fun Video Bill--Great Find!!! The Michigan Harley-Davidson Dealers Assn. used to meet for Rallies in Ionia, Michigan. Pretty sure Dot & Earl Robinson were heavily involved with that Rally. They timed a novice State Championship/Formula-C Dirt Short Track race during the Rally also, usually... On Any Sunday. The rallies were usually scheduled for 2 days. This might be June 2-3 1956? Ionia,Mi. Fairgrounds periodically run Flat Track races on that ole' 1/2 Mile.
