Howdy chaps,
Trying to clarify beyond two weekend passes to this event for displaying a machine if there is additional access(es) provided and am getting conflicting info. Some say you get the equivalent of vendor passes meaning Thursday access and better parking, others the aforementioned 2 three day passes only. The latest magazine only states you must commit your machine for Friday through Sunday, no additional details, ie, display location, access to drop off machines,etc..
This entire event is now oversubscribed, the only general public parking remaining at this point appears to be lot D back by the MB test center. Vendors/campers que up before dawn in a very long line on BM Parkway on Thursday and the general public Friday. It will pose a challenge to get your machine on display before noon Friday on only a general 3 day and Lot D pass. If this display to be held in the fan zone formerly housing our Confederafe chapter activities no vehicles other than registered sponsor/commercial vendors permitted beyond the single point of entry to those grounds. For those contemplating display, Thursday after two to 3pm is the least resistant load in time but alas you’ll need a swap meet vendor, commercial vendor or camping (the large lots for motorhomes/trailers on the hill over the pits) to get even beyond the checkpoint on the BMP ring road within the park up from the museum.

Scratch comments on Fan Zone now see AMCA with the VJMC over in 9 basically where the Confederate chapter last was, still would like to know added info is anyone on this forum from several hosting chapters?
