Contact information for Perry Ruiter

Anyone have any current contact information for Perry Ruiter. He has had a couple of my speedometers for way too long a time now and I would just like them back. He did a lot of work for me for many years but I have had no contact with him now for almost 2 years when I saw him at Davenport before the start of the 2016 Cannonball. He said at that time that he would get right on them when he got back home.

I've hesitated to post this because I consider him my friend but it is time to get this going.

But that's beyond several benches overdue.

Floats and manifolds are all that I can turn in a timely manner, but looking forward to it!
