Girder Front Fork Question

They look 20's to me, maybe 30's but they are quite spindly so my money is 20's. Possibly British. The curved leg is quite distinctive, maybe Rudge although there must be other makes with this feature.

Thanks John. I was thinking BSA or Triumph, but the open axle stays are unusual. The stem and crown pieces look fairly rugged. It's available at a reasonable price, but nothing I need.
