Mystery Bracket?

Digging through a parts pile buy from an old m/c shop, I came across these brackets. I’ve learned over the years not to toss these mystery parts. Some have taken me a while to figure out pouring through my parts manual. But then again, I’ve gotten some really off-the-wall non-motorcycle related parts as well in a buy. Anyone ever seen or know what these might be? Heck maybe they're not M/C parts!

Ironhead Sportster rear top motor mount

Thanks Duffey! I wondered if a motor mount; but, I didn't think it looked strong enough so I looked elsewhere in my parts manuals.

They're 77 and later XL top mounts.

Thanks guys. I found the p/n 16266-76 fitting '77-'81 XL & XLCH and '79-'81 XLS models.
