Hi Ya'll, just heard from a long time vendor friend, that the 2017 Davenport Meet is being squeezed into paying a 7% Iowa State tax on transactions at the BlackHawk Swap. Any truth to this? *M.A.D.*

Its always been that way.
What has changed is that Iowa stopped issuing temporary permits.

I don't think the tax collector was happy about it either!
