  • Can anyone help identify this frame

I've been trying to identify this frame by using the literature available in the virtual library without any luck. The thing that's unusual to me about the frame is that it's quite small. There are also a couple of interesting things I've noticed. There is number stamped on the right side of the frame near the seat post area which may be a serial #. There looks to be marks on the top tube that might be from gas tank straps. I would appreciate any information anyone can provide.
Thanks in advance for your help,
    Bill

          You guys are the best!
I looked at the Cleveland lightweight brochure in the virtual library and sure enough... there it is! Thanks so much for your help.
