Corbis-U449133ACME.jpg Greetings, is anyone aware of a decent authentic historical documentation of Harley-Davidson? Thanks, Happy Holidays.

At the Creation: Myth, Reality, and the Origin of the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle, 1901-1909

The most factual, and diligently researched historical books on Harley-Davidson were done by Herbert Wagner:

      'Harley-Davidson 1930-1941'

      and

      'At The Creation'

Both books are great, but H-D '30-'41 is one of my favorite motorcycle books of all time. Every time I open it, I'm stuck for hours as Mr. Wagner did such a skillful job of putting facts and stories behind the numerous photographs. Also, Herbert is a very good writer so his text is not only informative, but enjoyable to read. That wasn't true of earlier H-D histories
