I have a couple of 100 year old motorcycle seats that are stiff as boards. What product is best to soften these back up?

Beware of Neats'foot oil, as it may be why they are 'as stiff as boards', particularly if they were horsehide. If so, the damage is irreversible.
Otherwise, others on this forum suggested glycerin or Lexol, and I find "Leather Therapy" to be excellent as well, particularly for its anti-fungal components.

Buy a product named Lexol. It contains the stuff you need to make your leather soft and plyable again.

I prefer Lexol as well. It's a long slow process as I see it. Cleaning the leather itself very well before starting can be tedious on old leather without causing any tears but the most important part of the process. The Lexol soaks into the hide and often many applications over time will be needed. Avoid excessive sunlight but it's good for warming the old hide up before applying Lexol liberally. I am very impressed by the product from results I've had. Good luck it's nice to actually keep using those classic saddles.
