Great run, lots of good people and an astounding variety of machines. Utah is a beautiful place. The Roadrunners did a great job. Special Thanks to Mike, Jerry, and the others for their hard work to make it happen.

            Howdy chaps,

And check out those alloy saddle bag mounting plates on Mike's EL, always has a number of cool accessories on his machines. Showed up at the horse barn at the Sunshine meet a few years ago with a Pan sport'n scantily clad chromed bathing beauties affixed lengthwise to the top of each muffler.

Hey about the Utah Road Run ....... My brother and I had a great time on our '38 Nimbusses ................. even the "dirt road" to the Pink Sand Dunes that wasn't really dirt unless thats what they call 6 to 8 inch deep SAND ! Anyway we made it through just fine but our friend RB had a little "get-off" . I am writing a story about the run for the Danish Nimbus club/magazine and was wondering if any of the members that were taking pictures have any of us on the Nimbusses and RB on his Indian on that sand trap of a road that I could use for the article? I may submit it to the AMCA magazine as well and will of course give credit to the photographer
Always a great time getting together with all our motorcycle friends from all over the country and in this case from around THE WORLD !!! Expecially on flawlessly running bikes. Only issue we had was the horn spun in the mounting bracket and the hot wire touched the handle bar and blew a fuse ;>) No biggie ! I have swapped the wires so now if it does it again the ground wire will touch the frame and sound the horn ;>)
