Hi - these are after 1930 so didn't put them in that thread. will move them if needed.

Tumbleweed MC was founded in Brockton, MA in 1940. One of the founders was Lawrence "Monty" Moneghan - family still own's Monty's HD in West Bridgewater, MA. Anyway, one of our buddies got hold of a photo album from a family member of one of the original crew and we copied a bunch of photos. here are a few and i will post more as they come. these go from late-30's through ww2 but a few are out of order. there is another album out there we are trying to scan. enjoy.

last ones for today. the tumbleweeds did a lot of racing up through the 60's. they were friends with Babe Tancrede and he was like an honorary member. you can see part of his name on his jersey right sleeve and the anchor and R.I.R patch on his left - Rhode Island Ramblers, the club he rode with. here he is at home with the family and some of his trophies. last one says To the boys of the Tumbleweed Motorcycle Club. "Babe" Tancrede.
