  • Wicker?

    I probably asked before Folks,

    ..but I must again.

Why are there no wicker restorers in the vintage motorcycle industry?

(It wouldn't be the one-dimensional judging rules, could it?)

Any leads at all would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance,

      Thanks Mark!

At least now I have a hemisphere.

Pity that something has stunted our hemisphere.
      Lack of "talent"?
'Basket-weaving' used to be a joke. Now it should be appreciated.

There's two very good ones here in NZ and one of them is a blind lady and her work is just fantastic
A wicker sidecar body is between $800 to $1000 NZD

Try searching in the furniture restoration. I have an aunt who re- did some of my Mom's old wicker chair seats. You are most likely going to have look in more rural areas as city folk don't do much with their hands. I'm guessing you are talking about old side cars?

            Thanks Folks!

Its actually a Heywood Bros. desk that I need conserved, but golly gee I love wicker sidehacks!
It just seemed that if I found somebody in my region doing motorcycle wicker, I could possibly barter...
