Louie, what displacement is your B&Strat eng.? Top speed?

I'm thinking of building a quazy board tracker (like above but not as fancy) for under 200.00- a grocery gitter and pit bike.

It's a 3.5 HP B&S, since the picture was taken I put a Whizzer belt drive on the back to gear it down some. With the chain it would run about 40, probablt down to about 25 now. I'll email you some better pictures showing more details, it has a lexan primary, jack shaft, and a cool fork lock. I have about $260. in it.

started side project -quazi 08 IND brdtracker

Went down to police auction and picked up a lump of bikes dirt cheap. Photo shows my quazi IND boardtracker as cobbled together from various machines.
26 x 2.125 rims, new tires purchased, leather seat in very rough shape. Came with mech speedo! My goal is to bury the speedo at 60mph primarily through gearing. I'll pedal like crazy in 7th gear drop the clutch start the engine and hopefully with 15 tooth sprocket I'll see what she can do. Helmet and leathers would be appropriate I think. hee-hee. 44 tooth for milk run and around town.
3 hp engine enroute. 7hp was the order of the day. Old number 21 will be the plated number.

I also managed to assemble a CroMo bike for myself and a purple gear bike for the little girl.

Total capital investment to date! $16

I just want the experience. I don't see a board track racer in my future. But I'm not giving up on the dream!

Same cheap chinese commie motor shown on Super X at top. I'll tear it down and rebuild it -before I start it.

We have that whacky 50cc moped law. Need dem dar squre thangs for public roads.

It may end up not "accually" being that displacement. None the less- I'll get hauled over just for being me. It's a given.
