Help ID Siren?? Pedal, Knucklehead??

Can anyone ID this pedal? It looks to be for a cable activated siren. Not NOS but pretty close.

You are correct Mark. It is a -58 foot pedal assembly fro FRONT wheel driven sirens on Big Twins.
