Do these wheels/hubs look familar at all?

I did an impulse buy a while back on local classifieds in Holland. They had banded 26x2.85 tires. Any help here would be appreciated.

they look to be rudge. i have a rudge sprocket that looks like it would fit those cogs. i dont know if rudge made their own hubs or if they bought them.
