What's this Exhaust go to?

Hello.

I acquired this exhaust when I bought my Puch/Allstate 250. He threw it in because it had an aluminum end on it like the Puch does and thought it should go with it. The guys over on the Puch Motorcycle Forum say it isn't from a Puch of any type. Do any of you have any idea what it went to?

It kind of looks like some of the Exhaust pipes off an Aremacchi in a way. But the end is different. Looks like it is a high exhaust because of the indent for shocks.
I'm thinking Italian bike.
