Just wanted to check in with an update from Clyde Crouch, who was injured in a crash as the Cannonball passed through Colorado on September 14. I talked to Clyde today, and he's home and recovering well. In addition to the spleen injury, collapsed lung and internal bleeding, he also broke five ribs. And while the recovery from surgery is doing great, he's still in a fair amount of pain from the ribs.
Clyde wanted to pass along his thanks, plus some thoughts from his experience. You'll find all that in a post in the News Section (right where the daily posts from the road were located). Here's a link to it.
