Need help IDing Throttle Shaft Lever??

I picked this throttle shaft lever out of a pile while at Wauseon and am having trouble IDing it. The lever will not work on any of the Linkert bodies I have. Anyone have any ideas what this might work on? Were the lever stop on Linkerts / Schieblers bodies for Indians different than Harleys?

The throttle shaft opening is approx. 0.245” ID.
The overall height = 1.00”
Center (throttle shaft) to center (throttle wire/swivel) = 1.00”
Note: “E” stamped on bottom of lever
Top has been brazed.
