  • 39 ULH value?

Can someone give me an idea of what this basket case would be worth? I'll try to attach a couple pics. It's a 1939 ULH. The cases are still bolted together and turns over free. The cylinders are just sitting on and not bolted. There are no pistons on the rods. The cylinders are 13 fin 120-37, 371. The frame is suppose to be an OEM flathead but it has been totally cut and ground on. The tube under the tank is missing, no side car loops, neck doesn't look raked but all ground on and the diamond part cut out. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yep, that frame is modded in best late 60s style. Windowed neck, plated seat post area, and all unnecessary brackets clipped off. BTSVs are getting popular again lately.
    I'm thinking:
    frame 500-1000 dollars
    motor 3000-5000
    trans 700-1000
    VPH-D

Before you get too into it, what do the VIN numbers look like? If it is a re-stamp the engine value drops by half....
