What are these?

Hello folks,

I wanted toss this out there and see if anyone knows what these screws are? I found both in 5-gal bucket of hardware I picked up from an old (now closed) 3rd party harley repair shop. The screw/bolt is 3.058"L with thread (left-hand) O.D. of 0.655" (21/32"?) and pitch is 11 tpi. There are two holes in the center 180 deg apart fed from the zerk fitting. Any ideas?

They are leaf spring shackle bolts. At an H-d shop they could be for trikes or sidecars?

Thanks Rich, The independent repair shop closed in the late 90's when the owner passed away. I looked through my H-D parts manuals (I only have one Indian manual - J. Hatfield's The New Indian) and didn't see anything that looked familiar. Appreciate the direction!
