      The MVSC at https://mvscusa.com/products/nmvtis/ shows there is a title history available for this bike. I have used it before, it is legit, and there is a $2.00 charge. It will give you name and address of owner.

        Maybe my memory serves me wrong, I had previously checked my two bikees in MVSC to see if they showed registration. It has been a while, maybe it do not show me my name. Sorry for miss info.
