i remember seeing todd at the swap meets on the east coast. he would show up with 20 or more bikes piled onto a flatbed. sell them all in one weekend buy more and move on. he may have lost tons in legal battles. he also owned 2 of the rarest bikes i know of. look up feilbach limited
