Cowbell Covers

Hello all,

While digging through a box of cowbells, I found a pair with these covers on them. I am assuming they are aftermarket. I wondered if anyone might know who made these covers. Each has a tab for attaching the cover to the bottom of the triple tree. The aluminum bar slides down the edge locking outside facing edge. The opposite (inner) side has 3 inter-locking tabs.
