Life is short Chris, do it now.
I have come to the realization that I will never finish all of my projects in my lifetime. I am doing a pretty good job of walking away from stuff I previously would have jumped on. Profit has never been a motivator for me so it all comes down to actual time needed to complete stuff. I am much more in the ride it and enjoy it stage than spend a lot of time building and fretting over correctness.
Your pennant collection is great. I always enjoy seeing that stuff. But...
I find that spending all my time looking for the one thing to complete a collection has robbed me of lots of time I could have spent otherwise. I also realize that very few people care or enjoy what I have collected.
It is a different time, and it is not really any longer my time, or yours.
We are relics of the past, and rapidly approaching a time when what was so important to us is merely a slightly interesting footnote to a small group of the populace.
Just my opinion...

as a relatively younger member - relative to a lot of you guys, that is! - i appreciate and enjoy seeing people's collections of stuff! i can't wait to call chris and pester him to let me visit someday on one of my trips to ca. when you guys get tired of your stuff i will be happy to take care of it for you! i can't imagine how much cool stuff has been tossed due to perceived lack of interest. send it my way - glad to be the caretaker.
