Mystery Rear Brake, Twenties? Please help me ID it.

I thought that this was for an Indian but what the hell do I know. I'm a Harley guy.
I have it listed on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/261247343925...84.m1558.l2649 and was told that the listing was wrong but they didn't say what it was. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mark, it looks like a right side brake that has the internal adjustment feature of an Excelsior brake, and obviously had an external brake band . . . But that's the extent of my input. I'll bet there is one person out there that is dying to have that part.
