  • Rhinebeck 2013

Got back home earlier today from a fun day at Rhinebeck.

Wanted to pass on my kudos to the folks who organized a great meet! Lots of vendors, lots of cool bikes. As I like to describe it "It's arriving into ToonTown if ToonTown was all cool motorcycles." Eye candy everywhere.

I know how much work it is to do such a big meet... Great job everyone!

Hopefully tomorrow I'll have some photos to post!

    Cheers,

    Sirhr

I went to Rhinebeck and I gotta tell you I had a great time every time I wasn't at the fairgrounds. There is lots to see and do, the people are exceptionally nice and helpful. I won't return to that god forsaken fairgrounds that I apparently wasn't invited to, ever, again. The only reason I voted to stay in the coalition was because it is Dan The Yankee prez's pet project and the tears well right up in his eyes every time we want out. I had a great time in Rhinebeck but no I didn't have a great time at Rhinebeck

yeah a big problem was those Security idiots, it seemed like they were on a destroy mission! there were more of them this year, but less actual
Cops, the Dutchess County cops are actually pretty cool,. I wish it was just them.

I had a great time at Rhinebeck. I made some $$ vending and bought a few things, and hung out with a few old friends and met a few new friends. There is always a lot of knowledge to gain when at an AMCA meet.

Last week was declared "World Motorcycle Week" by our friends in FIVA, the association of vintage vintage and classic motorcycle clubs based in Europe. I have forwarded the excellent photos by Hollywood, and no doubt they will be enjoyed by like minded people in England, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Latvia, Poland, etc. If anyone has some video they would like to share from Rninebeck, forward it to me. Here are some photos taken in Spain while you were in Rhinebeck.
