Hi Guys, I have a NOS footrest kit for a buddy seat set up, part # 52512-59, I have not had any luck finding the model it fits, Sportster?, the footpegs are longgggg and the tin covers really confused me, any ideas?

That is part of a buddy seat kit for H-D lightweights. It would fit Hummer, Super 10, 165, and pacer models. The rubbers went on extra long footpegs and the rider and passenger shared them. The panels closed up the area under the seat and provided mounting. The -59 seat fit all models with the appropriate mounting parts, Lightweights, Big Twins, and Sportsters.
