  • The Indian 841

Hopefully this will create as much interest as my posts on the Harley XA and XS. I couldn't find a lot of details or vintage pictures of the 841, so if anyone has anything to add, please do and I can update my article accordingly.

You need to contact Drew Crafton and Robin Markey for more on the 841. Drew has some fabulous stuff on the 841, and robin is everything Indian, period.

Forgot to mention Ziggy is also a wealth of information on 841. He has probably had more 841's go through his business than anyone since about 500 were disposed by the military out of a base near him in the late 40's and they were in his area as a result. Very few had any real accumulation of miles on them since they never got over to Africa as intended.
