If a couple of fellas from Peoria turned up in Annamosa IA. on Monday eve. 9/10 is there a good place to pitch a tent close to the museum? I already know there isnt a hotel room for a pretty good distance and the waiting lists for rooms are long.

John, I found this one... http://www.trailerlifedirectory.com/...e&pdfExp=False If I recall correctly Anamosa is small enough that wherever the campsite may be, it should still be close to the museum! In fact I just checked it out and it's less than 3 miles away! Best of luck and enjoy your trip.
