Jerry Hatfield's Standard Catalog of American MC's - Missing Parts

I bought the catalog when it first came out only to find some sections missing. I've heard there is a PDF of the missing sections, anyone know where I can get a copy of that PDF file? Thanks.

This was discussed on the forum when the book first came out. On 2-2-07 a link was posted to get pdfs of the missing parts. I just tried the link and it no longer works. If you can't find anything better, let me know and I'll photocopy mine and mail them to you. . . . or if you're going to davenport I could bring them with me.
