  • DX-12 Carb

Guys got a big question for ya. Twenty five years ago I bought this carb out of a milk crate in Maine. I restored it and always thought it was a FLH factory accessory carb but someone at Oley said it was a racing carb because of the gas fittings. It’s a DC-12 with an extended bowl with a bored out factory throat. I talked to Mike at Wilderness and he told me the factory would always screw these up by boring them and wipe out the idle ports but this one got all three intact. Anyone got any idea what this is and what’s it for. Thanks, Bob L
Update: The bore on the throat is 1.9/16"
