We use this product: Leatherique rejuvenating oil. Amazing stuff.

I have used the rejuvenating oil on saddlebags, seats, straps, etc. on bikes for years. Also on cars. It softens the leather better than anything I have ever seen. They also have a whole range of dyes.

Great people run this company, too. Not affiliated with them... but a big fan.
