Pan Seat Rail

I have never seen one like this before. Looks to be a older period After Market part, or is it an early original?
Can any one tell me who made it and approximate year.
I can send more pictures on request.
Beats the heck out of the Originals that the welds like to crack on.
Note that the rear mounts are clamped on.
