Every year the MoCo puts on a ride in show at Daytona during Bike Week. And every year it seems the number and quality of classic Harleys disappoints.
This year will be different. Harley-Davidson has partnered up with American Iron Magazine, www.aimag.com and Motorcycle Bagger, www.motorcyclebagger.com magazines to sponsor this ride in show with the goal of expanding the event and the participation of a wider assortment of machines.
Please consider this our invitation to YOU to spread the word among classic and vintage Harley riders to bring some world class motorcycles to this event.
The official Harley-Davidson Ride In Motorcycle Show, presented by American Iron Magazine, will be on Beach Street, not far from the old Rossmeyer Harley dealership, on Wednesday, March 14 starting around 9 am.
Lots of classes and great trophies, and we sure would love to have a terrific turn out of AMCA quality (original, restored and modified (bobbers, choppers, racers) there to show how wonderful the old machines are.
In addition to increasing the exposure of the AMCA, our machines and members to the general motorcycling public, we will be photographing a few of the motorcycles for features in American Magazine and Motorcycle Bagger magazines.
Hope to see lots of AMCA members and machines at this show.
