                  Sensational!
I have been back to the Barber Museum 3 times and hope to make it back many times more.
I am ALWAYS so overwhelmed at the enormity and vastness of Mr. Barbers facility and always grateful that he preserves and displays these wonderful machines.... and now YOU come along give us these tasty morsels.
                  This is GOLD!
                  Thank you Denis

Denis, Thanks for coming on board, this is great to get an inside look. This should gain all of us some knowledge, look forward to your posts. Looks like I better plan a visit to the museum. Bob

                      Denis,

Cool stuff! Does the Barber Museum have an Indian Hendee special 1914 or 15. If so, I'd like to see some pics.

                      Thanks,
                      Tom

                        Wow!

Thanks so much guys! I had no idea I would get such a positive response! Really.... Thank you!

One thing I do need to clear up, in my intro post, I said the Museum is located in Leeds. It should read BIRMINGHAM! My bad! A few guys pointed that out to me today... Our adress and directions are on our web site www.barbermuseum.org

                        Sorry for any confusion!

I'm really happy that you guys are interested in seeing what we get to see "in the engine room..." (They keep us locked up down there for a reason!)

                        Have a great evening

                          Hey Faber

I believe we do. I haven't restored one, so I don't know very much about that model. Is that a Board Track bike? A racer? I'll ask for you tomorrow though.

                          Take care

                                Dennis,
I had the pleasure of being one of the early visitors to the museum just weeks after opening to attend the BMWRA rally held on the grounds. At that time only about three hundred bikes were on display. I visited again a few years later, but it is time once again! Regretfully the last couple years I have wanted to do the vintage festival (I'm a long time AHRMA member) but we have had snow on the ground at that time and I won't go if not on two wheels. Thanks for the photos and the discourse, it makes long winter days go by more quickly!
                                Regards
                                Robbie
