I just tried to post a welcome to Tassie 1 and got a message that a moderator had to approve my post. Whuddup with that ?

It's been that way since I came onboard. I'm not sure why, it may be a throwback to when KVal did all the security checking by hand, so to speak. I'll see iF I can get abetter ansswer
