You are way over thinking this.
When your photobucket picture comes up, hold your curser on it. A box will drop down. Go to the bottom row, hold on it and click. It will say copied. Go to the page you want to put it on( you do have multiple pages up at once, right?) and hit control V. Your link will appear and will come up on the page . It is easy and If I can do it anyone can!
