  • Where to find HD dice keys

In both the 1934 and 1936 catalogues they show 11780-34 part number for Harley Davidson Dice Keys that come in several colors. I need a set of green and red set. I've owned each of these bikes for 30 years and all of a sudden I want these key holders. Anybody got them out there. I will be going to Davenport.

Dear Ross, Chuck Lipsky used to make these, and his sons had a few sets at Davenport last year. Maybe they'll be there again. I've tried to make them but it sure takes a lot of dice.

Thanks guys. I'll try both. Steve, ironically I bought my 36 VL from Chuck in 1980. He was a great guy.

Ross, I'll be at Davenport and I'll bring some Key Dice. Were in Row U space 31 & 32.

Hey Skip that would be great. In a perfect world I would like a green set and a red set. Knew your Dad well in the old Farmington and Le Mars meet days.I used to bring him Canadian DVA tags. I look forward to hooking up with you, probably on the Thursday morning. Thanks.

I have an original set that i would be glad to send some detailed pics and measurements to if anyone would like to make a set. i have seldom seen original ones, and have never saw a pair on ebay. The only originals i have seen started as red i believe but turn a burnt orange of sorts with age...

If I remember correctly, the repop dice were much smaller than the original dice key sets! BPK!!
