I been saving my 1914 excelsior for over 20 years to have a 100 year old motorcycle ( a few more to go to get there ), but a few questions on the centery award ( or what ever it changes to )

what percentage can be repop - parts this old are getting harder to find in usable condition

is it only eligable in its 100th year and at any event that year

when awarded is a photo document of these machines taken for reference - if not could it start

who and where would this info be documented - would it be accessable to any club member for reference purposes

just my 2 1/2 cents worth ( canadian money above american so I get more YA YA YA )
