Took a ride up to Milwaukee yesterday for the annual Knucklehead Reunion. Perfect weather and a big turnout of vintage iron. I'm partial to panheads but really appreciate the knuckles too. Check out the slide show HERE.

I rode up for the weekend on my 41EL and had a great time. Spent all day friday in the museum and went to the knucklehead reunion on saturday. I saw a few familiar faces and met a few new people also. I was suprised my crusty 41 got best original knucklehead and best of show in the bike show. I was pretty shocked when they called my name I thought it was quite an honor to get that especially with all of the other great knucklheads that were there. I hope I make it back up there for another reunion someday. If you ever have a chance to go to the reunion you should, its a great time and there are lots of great people there.

I didn't see it or hear a thing about it. OK, maybe I did hear a little something, I swear Joe, if you were any more in love with that motorcycle you'd be sleeping with it. Not without reason, it's a great machine. I had a good time with you and Stanley at Bill's discussing 30's knuckle details. Had the pleasure of meeting the McManus's as well, fun people. The whole trip down and back was excellent, except for getting lost in Oconomowac. My raggedy 46FL ran perfectly and Mother Nature was kind.Kyle Oanes AMCA # 3046
