Anyone know who the rider is, what type and year of motorcycle he's riding, and approximately what year of the races?

Goldarnnit!!! I've seen that photo before but I just can't recall who it is!!! Is this a test or are you really trying to figure out the details???

Sorry, this is not a test. My motorcycle knowledge and motorcycle library is limited to pre-1915 information and data that I have collected over the past fifty (50) plus years. I picked up this poster in Peoria, Illinois, a little over a year ago. Lewistown, Illinois, and the Fulton County Fairgrounds are located about forty (40) miles southwest of Peoria. I just wish to document the poster before I reframe it and put it back on the wall. No test, no joke.....just an example of vintage of motorcycles that has not been my focus, area of interest, or expertise.

Well, if that's the case I'll have to do some digging. I know I've seen the photo on that poster before. It's a great find and certainly worthy of framing!!
