You might find the new images to look sort of fake, and you might not like them, but the motorcycles are the stars of the show!

WOW! That brings a whole lot of perspective into what these people and bikes really looked like. The original B&W photos have no where near the personality as these. Thanks for sharing. Maybe someone on this forum could play with the software and add their photos to this thread.AMCA #41287

Thanks for posting that link, Harry. The photographer/restorer is a genuine artist and has a remarkable talent for getting colors that fit the time and setting. Much of that process has to be a 'best-guess', but that is in the eye of the artist and I think he got it just right.Eric Smith

Thank You Harry~those pictures are remarkable! The photographer had 100% insight to capture those times & Machinery. We're fortunate they survived.
*As a side note, make sure you visit page 2. By the way, does anyone recognize this motorcycle?

That is a Motosacoche powered unit. They started in 1901. They also sold engine units worldwide that could be fitted into a bicycle type frame. I am presently tryinjg to complete one sold by CCM from about 1906-1910. CCM was a Canadian (Toronto) bicycle, automobile (Russell 1905-1916) and sporting goods company. They imported the engine units and built the frames.
