This is a picture taken in my hometown of Menomonie, Wisconsin. Just north of 'Old Central' Menomonie High School and south of the intersection of Main and Broadway. The officer is 'Bosco'. I assume that the motorcycle is a 1928 Harley davidson JD and belongs to the City of Menomonie. Photo taken before January 1929. DSC03503.JPG
