    • You call that too much skin, Steve?

      I don't mind a little modesty,

As long as she shows some toe.

PS: #167 gets extra credit; I'm certain she removed her shoes to fit in that box.

          • Here's a pic I've posted before...

            My mother's best friend, Betty, on Mom's boyfriend's Harley in '46 or'47'
top pic is again, Betty, on my '47 Chief in 2000, when I worked in Taft,CA.
The airplane belongs to her. An Aeronica "Champion" model, 1947. Modified Lycoming engine, this airplane is amazing !! The similar paint scheme is co-incidental.

This lady/family were lifelong friends/neighbors for most of my life. For me, a special shout-out to this lady, on this holiday weekend.

                        • Here's a better pic of the 1947 Aeroncia. and my 47 Chief, with the 2 tone fenders, before I painted it Chinese Red/Indian Red to make it have a more modest appeal.
                          HPIM1436.jpg I found this one, too. C2K
